Internationally recruited midwives are vital to the safe running of NHS maternity services across the UK. However, the international recruitment of midwives has not come without problems of how these midwives are treated in the workplace. This webinar will explore how the RCM can support our internationally recruited members, you will be hear from a RCM activist who was an international recruit and she will discuss her experiences.
