Apply for innovation funding

By Rob Dabrowski on 05 June 2018 Innovation Funding Research The Health Foundation

The Health Foundation has £1.7m available for up to 23 clinical teams in the latest round of its Innovating for Improvement programme.

The funding can be used to test and develop innovative ideas and approaches to improve health and social care delivery in the UK.

The foundation is particularly interested in applications that focus on supporting the workforce to improve the quality of care.

This may be through focusing on the physical and mental wellbeing of staff, improving team working and relationships, or using technology and automation to address workforce challenges.

Each team will receive up to £75,000 of funding over 15 months to put their ideas into practice and improve patient care.

They will also receive a dedicated programme of support and guidance as they develop their project.

The deadline for applications is midday, Monday 9 July 2018.

Due to the popularity of this programme, the Health Foundation reserves the right to close ahead of this deadline date, if the programme is oversubscribed.
