Early career midwives
From the moment you graduate, the RCM is here to support you throughout your midwifery career. It has been shocking to hear that midwives beginning their career are leaving the profession because of a lack of support in the workplace and The RCM are listening hearing first hand from members who have explained how their needs are not being met. This webinar sets of benefits developed by the RCM to better support midwives in their early careers and features those who worked on the development together with midwives and activists who describe their experiences and hopes for the future.
