Learning Support Fund available

Students in England might be missing out on benefits they are entitled to.

The Learning Support Fund (LSF) is designed to help cover some costs for healthcare students in hardship. 

The LSF is available for students who have started healthcare courses, including midwifery, in England on or after 1 August 2017.

The fund offers support for students with at least one dependent child, travel and dual accommodation expense for placement, and students experiencing extreme financial hardship.
