At the general meeting of the Royal College of Midwives held on 5th March 2019 the following special resolution was passed.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by way of special resolution that the draft Articles of Association presented to the adjourned general meeting of the RCM held on 5 March 2019 be adopted as the Articles of Association of the Royal College of Midwives in substitution for and to the exclusion of the RCM’s existing Articles of Association.
