RCM webinar series: getting to know the Student Midwife Forum
The Student Midwife Forum (SMF) is a group of elected students from across the UK who provide a face and voice of student midwives in the RCM. The SMF debates and discusses issues affecting student midwives at local and national levels to inform the work of the RCM on behalf of student midwife members. Members are elected for a period of two years or until graduation and elections are held towards the end of each year. The SMF actively support the development of formal links between University Midwifery Societies, RCM Branches and the RCM. This webinar brings together some of the current SMF members as they discuss their experiences, the highs and lows and what their next steps are.
