The charity Wellbeing of Women is calling for midwifery researchers to apply for its 2018 research project grants.

Wellbeing of Women research project grants are open to all researchers leading their own work into women’s reproductive health.

Research can be in basic science, clinical or translational research in three areas.

The first is pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period, including pre-term birth, miscarriage and fertility. The second area is general wellbeing surrounding women’s health, such as menopause, incontinence, sexual health, mental health, menstrual disorder and endometriosis. The third area is gynaecological cancers.

The upper grant award limit for the grants is £200,000 in total over one to three years. They are open to applicants carrying out their research in the UK or Ireland.

The deadline is 1pm on 16 February 2018. Access the application details and forms here
