The pay consultation for NHS Wales is still open and RCM members are invited to accept or reject the proposal via a consultation.

The RCM board believes that the proposed framework agreement in Wales is the best that can be obtained through negotiation and is recommending that RCM members accept the proposals.

The pay agreement reached earlier this year in England forms the basis of the proposals for Wales, but there are additional elements exclusive to NHS Wales. Full details of the offer are available here on the RCM website.
